Supply is only half of the equation, the other side is demand.
Maybe if you're a collector of all things Pentax the rarity might mean
something. But, digital cameras long term value doesn't hold up well, I
have a *ist Ds and *ist D which aren't even worth selling. Admittedly I
bought my K20D
