While driving down the Blue Ridge Parkway this afternoon, I happened to see
a wild turkey standing just off the road. Stopped the truck in the middle
of the road, jumped out with the MZ-S/Tamron 75-300 and started looking
through the brush. She started running, then went airborne close enough to
