Other than adding MLU, are there any other differences with the P645AF? And
when is it due?

Hi,
there are in total 5 changes in new 645NII in comparison to the old
model. Apart from MLU, there are also a choice of 1/2 or 1/3 EV for
exposure compensation and bracketing, more film imprinting
information, more custom PF and compatibility with new accessories
like remote cable release
