I got back to Boston yesterday after spending nearly two weeks
traveling up and down the eastern U.S.
GFm was great this year, as usual. Got to hang out with Doug Brewer,
drinking beer and trash talking everyone else on the PDML. Good times.

The magic word is, I think, "seminar", as in I am on my way to a seminar in NC.
People are going to and coming from seminars all the time. That means the
border people do not have to think. Making them try, gets them all pissed off,
as you know.

Got back about 8:00 last night and all I really wanted was a shower.
It was wonderful seeing everyone. I can't tell you all how much I enjoy
these weekends, even if they wear me out. They are truly the best
weekends of the year, every year.

Scott,
You make me blush ;-P Like I mentioned earlier I should have a shot or

It was great seeing you and Penny again.
Like I was telling another attendee in another post, the only thing that
would have made the weekend better would have been more time on the
mountain chatting with everyone.
I will try and do better at NPW.

What is it with the shorter return trips? There has to be a reason -
see my post concerning my trip.
I had fewer traffic jams on the way back and I used the Blue Ridge to
avoid going through Boone. I also drove straight through with two gas
stops and no breaks for food.

Okay, I am breaking with protocol here. I decided to look for GFM

I got in about 10 p.m. The trip back only took 8.5 hours of driving,
