Hi Malcolm, You might be able to get a new back (or perhaps bend your old one back into shape), that is assuming of course that the latch in the LX body isn't damaged? I would have a very close look at the latch as it engages to try and determine the cause of the fault. Cheers, Rob Studdert Th

At least it's a great camera, but I was hoping to use the LX more. The back of the LX (with data back) opened on its own three times with my third roll of film in it - so not expecting much out of that roll. As I have never had a problem like with any Pentax equipment, is this an expensive or chea
