years ago I had a crash about 8 weeks before a major endurance-
cycling event I had been preparing for for two years. Nothing as
major as your colleague's crash,
A co-worker came in Monday with some problems.
He has been training for a triathlon and went for a bike ride Sunday.
He got about half a block from home and his foot came out of the pedal.
He caught it in the front wheel spokes, stopped dead, and went over on his head.
He broke the bike helmet into
