It's not a super-light bicycle that's the real deal. It's lightweight wheels. Rotating mass is the mass you really feel. Yep, only 40 lbs. Everyone claims that you need a super light bicycle. With me on it this bicycle is only 10% heavier than the aluminum one I gave away several years back. She ain't much different than the one me Gran-pa gave me when I was 10. And you have to admit she goes well with that hat.
