Over a K1000, it has depth-of-field preview, self-timer and I don't
remember the third one...

Assuming it to be working, buy it.
Here in Toronto, Canada, K1000's without lenses go for $150 to $200 US.
They seem to regularly to for over $100 on eBay, often higher. (I'm
using K1000 as a comparison point, because you don't see that many KM's
