This was also my favorite of the three mushroom shots I posted. I
like the circle because it fits in with a group of abstract images I
am gathering for a gallery or a small book, but not as much as concave
and convex.

I might have said it before, Dan -- I like this one the best of the
shrooms the single mushroom shots are nice enough
but this is much more interesting I think

Yes, I did think of pulling the little green sprout, but I didn't.
There was so much brown in the frame, that I thought a little color
contrast would add interest, but now that you mention it, it may
detract attention from the subject of the image.
