That's exactly what I thought, and then I realized that I'd never seen

I agree that it's probably a replica. Blowing up the hi-res version, I
can see that the radiator cowling appears to be a curved piece of thin

I agree. But then I painted my Alfa Romeo FrankenSpider yellow rather
than IRR. ;-)

Yellow's different. It's not a national racing colour. Personally,
I'd prefer my Italian sports cars red, French blue, British Green,
German silver, etc.
Ages ago, I briefly had the opportunity to buy a Bugatti Type 57SC
Atlantic Coupe. It was finished in a gorgeous wine-burgundy red color.

Hi Jack,
Thanks. At very slow shutter speeds (1/4 second here), only the
center point of the arc remains sharp when you pan. It's an effect,
and the execution is rather hit and miss. More miss than hit:-).

Nicely done. The Lincoln is my favorite. The red hat stands out both
for color and sharpness and gives a nice anchor for the eye.

Good shutter choices and timing. Surprisingly sharp red cap lady.
Virtually nothing else about the car appears to approach its clarity.
Cruising appears to be rather speedy. ;)
