I for one thought the calendar was a wonderful enhancement of the project.

For some reason I do not see a Preview button on the Hardcover page. There is a
Preview button on the Softcover page and eBook page.
I did flip through Preview just now.
1. I love the cover design!
2. Simple uncluttered page design.
3. Great photos of course.
