Thanks for the replies. All of this seems kinda obvious, after the
fact, but it never occurred to me that these resources would be open
to non-members and I always assumed one would have to be a paying
member to have such access. That being said, it would be good to
contribute to these organization
I was advise by a CA Fish & Game
(prior to the name being changed
to Fish & Wildlife) that blinds were
freely available for the asking at the
local CA managed Wildlife Area.
He even provided me with his card
and phone number. May still be the
case.
