I leave shake reduction on all the time. (It's a menu item on the
K-7.) I did the same on the K20, for the most part. The cameras don't
seem to care.

a monopod when properly used (i.e. firmly planted and pushing down
some) permits mainly lateral/frontal and/or rotational movement so I'd
be inclined to add a stop or tw
Really nice. Monopods work better than many give them credit for. I
bet they would be even better with a a remote shutter release.

I'm trying to get someone to introduce me into our local "underground"
scene. I really got a kick out of photographing the interesting people
I came across at our own local BBQ festival last weekend. As
Walt, they are expection attendence of close to 400,000 this year. You can
imagine what that is like in a small city like Fayetteville. This is the 10th
year and it has grown every year. I would guess atleast 100,000 motorcycles are
