I use gmail, and this is how it goes for me... if I post/start a
thread, I don't see it in my email inbox (pdml folder) until someone
replies to it... it's in my sent folder, though. The confirmation
email from pdml is the only clue - other than going to the pdml
archives - that my email went

Thanks. The email I sent didn't show up, just the reply.
I sent a note to the friend that administers my mail server, maybe he tweaked
the spam filter or something.
