I had a long day driving home on Monday. Thankfully, it wasn't as bad
as the drive down the previous Wednesday. There was a delay of around
an hour near Waterbury, CT due to a crashed tractor-trailer rig, but
nothing as bad as the shut-down of I-81 on the way down.
It was a splendid weekend. It we
Lynn & I left around 1:30 PM after having BBQ sandwiches with Nico Reinbold.
We made it to the south side of Lexington, KY but saw some nasty
rainstorms on the way.
We safely reached home in Chicago at 8 PM Monday after many stops along the way.
