No, I don't use the meter any more. It seemed pointless after a
while. I can pretty much predict the exposure based on the distance
from the subject to my monolights and the position of the monolight
power adjustment. Of course I look at the first exposure and adjust

Yes, I'm using one of the :-))
Seriously, I'm using a pair of Studio Pro Excalibur monolights,
firing into umbrellas. Easy to light. I already knew they worked very
well. Today, I'm most pleased with the performance of the K10 in
terms of resolution, rendering and noise.

Thanks Gonz. Anything better is too expensive. Stuff I shoot for work
gets shot on seamless paper rolls. They don't want to pay any more
than they must.

Looks great, awesome detail and lighting. Only nitpick is that the
reflection on the "black" surface bothers me. Try black velvet or some
other non-reflecting surface, that would give you richer blacks.
