Have you tried something like "PC Inspector Smart Recovery" on the card in question? I don't know if it will help, but I had problems a couple of times with my *istD where I could see the images on the cameras LCD, but not when I put

Most likely a card error. If you can see the image on the LCD, then the embedded JPEG preview is ok, but the RAW data written to the file is corrupted. Assuming it only happened with this card, test with another card then take this card back for a refund. Godfrey On Apr 13, 2007, at 10:52
