I couldn't live without the battery grip. My typical virtual tour job is about 400 exposures and quite a bit of checking histograms. And I have to use the wireless remote since my f13 exposures are typically one second or thereabouts. I carry minimal equipmet the camera, the DA*16-50, my tripod
