does anybody please have these two finders, could you comment on
their size side by side?
I am considering selling my FA1 finder to get an FA2, the one
without hotshoe, if it is significantly smaller and more fluent.
Does the FA2 have aperture readout window?

Pick up one of those little hot shoe covers. Most new cameras come with them
they cut down on the chances of catching/hooking a bit but not entirely.

No, that's not completely correct. The FA-2 does not allow the aperture
to be seen, is a bit smaller, has a different shape, and lacks the hot
shoe attachment.

contribution include an LX with hotshoe on the left and without hotshoe
finder on th

I am SO envious. That FA2 makes the camera a stealth tool. Only wish I had
stocked up on the finders before they stopped last year.
