Dave,
I don't know how it is in LR4, but in LR3, you can apply that watermark
when you export the photos.

Ah i see that now. I still wonder how i can do it when i export for
email-hard drive, i don't see the options during this procedu
Hi Dave:
1) Click export
2) scroll down and tick the watermark box
3) then tick the watermark drop down menu
4) click edit watermark so you can customize your copyright watermark if you
wish to
5) save as a preset
6) now it's ready to be used again
7) you can create as many copyright watermarks a

Since I've never sent an email from Lightroom, I had to test it just now.
So--
1) Click file>email photo
2) fill out the send information in the dialogue box that pops up
3) then I believe you click done
4) then your email will open
5) scroll down and it gives you options for watermarking, and y

How about this...
Click "Export"
Click "For Email (Hard Drive) under Lightroom Presets
Scroll down to Watermarking
Tick the Watermark box and set up your copyright watermark
