Photoshop is vastly more powerfull when you get all the plugins ( at extra cost ). Photo shop lite has 90% of what the full version has but I'm not to sure about the missing features etc. Try and find a demo of Paint Shop Pro 7 , it has a 30 day free trail, see if that will do what you need. It's
