This could most probably be either a projection lens for 16mm film, or an X-ray lens (for photographing from x-ray luminescence boards, or oscilloscope screens). Either way, the coverage would be way lower than 35m either still or cine (roughly similar to digital 1.5x crop). You might have luck in

I'm going to pick up a bunch of stuff this a.m. @ Cord. In the stuff is a box with a helicoid for focus where it is mounted. The rear clement doesn't look like it would have enough coverage for a 24x36 frame. But for digital, I'm not certain. But it's the speed of the lens that makes it interestin
