Thanks to Marnie, I learned that avoiding nightshades might well relieve the arthritis in my knees and I'm definitely trying to avoid salt or too much of it anyway so i've been playing around with recipes that are yummy but don't have this stuff in them. I developed this one today - you don't ahv
