I've found this to work effectively for me: Everything goes into a single gmail inbox. I apply a filter to any incoming PDML mail which effectively puts it into a folder called, imaginatively, PDML. I use K9 mail on the Android phone and only synchronise Inbox so I only get notifications for stuf
