OT Rome/London

I'm going to Rome and London (from Seattle) in early October. Also heading to "Tuscany" but that's a rather amorphous area. Does anyone there want anything from here (that will fit in a suitcase)? Any recommendations on things I absolutely should not miss photographing in the two cities? Primaril
