I am not sure if this is common knowledge, but the ownership of Kiev USA may well be
changing in the not too distant future. This could impact the level of service
currently offered, one supposes.

Actually, I checked out the Kiev site yesterday
on advice from a 88cm owner.Its seems you take
a 50/50 chance on a good one.Prices are good though.
