Hi all,
Last Monday I went to the little harbor at Cassis for lunch time, 15
minutes from where I work, just to see if I could make some decent
pictures although at midday.

Beautiful, Patrice! I like the color in the sky on
the left side. It would be interesting to see a
version with the wide-angle "falling-over-backwards"
effect corrected, but I suspect it would be a less
powerful image.

I did something I rarely do and looked it up. Creme de Cassis is
flavored with black currant, not blackberries.

Oops! My apologies! I mixed up the two words (throught better than
checking in a dictionary). Cassis actually stands for black currant.
Tasteful anyway!

Strange! Normally, the Creme de Cassis contains mostly black currant
(not blackberries, thanks Bob!), is very sweet, yet strong, and can be
drunk on the rocks or with champagne...
