Delightful. Definitely color, perhaps a wee bit brighter in the
midrange. A push up on the middle of the rgb curve would give you
that. Would a tiny bit of counterclockwise rotation help here? Not
sure.

It's a nice shot but I don't see a focal point to really grab my interest. I
wonder if getting closer to the small palm in the foreground, so it's larger in
the frame, would help.
I think the colour version is better - the BW version lacks contrast.
