Of course I suspect Bruce and seven stray photons could coax a nice portrait
out of a sensor made of oatmeal and rocks. Not that I'm envious.

Well, I am going to do a bunch more low light portrait work to see
what I think about using the K-x in a wedding setting without using
that big old flash I usually do. The thought is intriguing.

Thanks for your comments Frank. Prior to the K-x, I would not have
even attempted the shot - the low light handling just encourages you
to shoot things you normally would not try.

One oddity is that the lenses not only stop down with the green
button, but also with the Av/ExpComp button so you don't lose the
ability if you reassign the Green button to some other useful feature
like DoF Preview.

I'm really enjoying shooting with this little K-x. Smaller, lighter,
quick to work with - in many ways, I'm enjoying it more than the
K20D. Anyway, I thought I would see how stop down metering worked on
it. Basically, the 'Soft' lenses work in stop down - no 'A' setting
and physically stop down
