I've gotten faster at doing these so it took just under 30 minutes to
setup the shot and take the 140 images that were combined into the final
output. The processing of the files in the PC took more time but I would
set up and task and leave to do something else, returning now

Regarding the different approach - the most important thing was that I
gave up on trying to micro manage the stacking process and doing it
right n a single pass. For htis I took 5 passes at the subject, caturing
20-50 images per pass. I combined each pass into an intermediary

Amazing Mark. 2 questions come to mind 1) how long does it take to get
all those images? and 2) how do you keep the specimen to stay in the
same place?

Took a somewhat different approach with this one and it seems to have
worked out OK. Or maybe the subject is just very photogenic. Be sure to
