With the risk of adding to confusion, I think the colour shot can have
even more punch if you play a little with a hue/saturation layer.
Try tweaking each of the colours separately. To _really_ bring out the
blue in the sky, you could

wanted even more impact, you could mask off the sky and then brighten and add
contrast to the foreground. Not a lot, just a touch.
