Yes, there's a face. Just 1 on the west face of the tower. Most remiss
of me - I forgot
Thanks Paul. It was made in 1831. The date's on the quarter dial and
it's contemporary with the rest of the clock.
One day I'll go back and see if the rope can be moved out of the way
to get a cleaner shot. It's a bell rope - the 8 bells are above the
clock room and the ringers' room is below.
