I think the first thing we need to do is decide if we need to do anything :-) Then, if we *do* decide to move away from komkon, do we want to just use one of the photo-hosting sites such as smugmug (which looks good at first inspection), or do we want something with a little more configurability?

On the topic of a home for PUG Perhaps www.smugmug.com should be given consideration as a home for pug. There are several advantages. Storage is unlimited at all subscription levels. Bandwidth allowances are as follows: 2 gigabytes per month at the standard $29.95 per year level. 4 gigabytes
