On Ebay they call them unused old stock. As far as I know there is only one company in the world currently making flash bulbs. There is/was supposed to be another one in China but I have never found any information on them. Megaflash in Ireland does not make FP rated bulbs as far as I know. Now

Thanks for the info, Chris. Only trouble is, even though they show it in their inventory, they don't "actually" stock it...only in their "virtual" stock does it exist. It took two weeks to discover this fact. They would not backorder it either. I guess I need to do a new search and try calling
