6-7 days a week. Only about 40 miles a week these days due to time
I ran a 10k race this morning (and I'm getting old and slow) and while
staggering through the finishing chute I noticed one of the race
officials taking some photos... with a Spotmatic F!
I complimented him on his beautiful camera :-)

Running: Good for you. It's out of the question for me,
unfortunately. I have an arthritic hip and a bad knee. Too much
impact in running. I took up bicycling again this summer, though,
which my body is quite happy to deal with. :-)
Pentax sighting: Was at Fry's Electronics and found they
