composition and the interaction between the birds.

Thanks for looking.
The first is the A300/4 with AF1.7 tele converter...pretty much full frame.
The second is the old FA*80-200/2.8 used at 103mm or so, and cropped to square.
These birds were really close, a great place to shoot!

I have tested my DA* 300 and the 1,7 TC. My conclusions is that I get
better results cropping in postprosessing than I do with the TC. At

I had some difficulties with the A300/4and AF1.7 TC.
The results looked too good.
I found myself ignoring aperture and shutter speeds.
It took me a while to get my best quality set-up.
Still, I continue to be very pleased with the AF1.7TC.
