Outlook express reports frequently that there was an error when sending a message. The program tries again later. But my theory is that despite the reported error, the message may already have been sent, and may even go out more than twice.
I'll try T-Bird again. I installed it after Graywolf mentioned he was using it in a post some weeks ago. But there was something I didn't like about its handling of news.
