Some nice shots there Dave. My wife and I did 21 days in Egypt in 2007,
starting and finishing in Cairo, and covering all the usual places: Memphis,
Karnak, Luxor, Abu Simbel, etc. And had a wonderful time - helped by the
fact it was a private tour organised by an Egyptian friend who lives here in
Fascinating... the balloon ride allowed you to see things from a
different perspective than usually seen.
I especially like the Kom Ombo Temple relief shot near the end and the
two Edfu Temple shots with the streaming light.

There are some really nice photos here...
But did I ever mention that I really hate Flickr?
One gets a nice display of thumbnails accompanied by dinky little enlargements;
or one clicks on a dinky enlargement to get a larger version, and gets a
=slightly= larger version with the annoying two-pi
