Hi, Fred, As you likely recall, I used to live in Kitchener/Waterloo, so such signs aren't unfamiliar to me. They are certainly unique to the area, though, especially north of Waterloo, where the Old Order Mennonites tend to have farms. I'm guessing that Home Depot is north end of Waterloo, so
