We had buildings do that due to liquefaction during earthquakes causing the foundations to settle unevenly. A couple of fairly large buildings (by our standards) had to be demolished as a result. Strengthened masonry facades are a common sight here too. Cheers, Dave > On Jun 4, 2018, at 11:07
