Hey Paul:
Your beach shot is so reminiscent of mine in the PUG for August 99 - I guess Oz
just has spectacular possibilities no matter what side of the continent we're

Hi Paul ...
This is a pretty picture ... and a pretty humdrum picture. Often
breaking the rule of thirds can contribute to something pretty
interesting, but running the horizon right through the middle of this

light fall off,
A gorgeous scene - and your colors came out so well!

Paul,
Terrific grab shot - well, terrific even if you hung out for
a while waiting for just the right gal or guy to go by... I
love the shot,

Hi Paul ...
Rodinal is not a fine-grain developer. It offers high acutance and
sharply defined grain, although, from what I've read about Acros,
grain should be quite minimal, even with Rodinal.
What dilution did you use? What was your time/temp

Odd ... there are no instructions for using Rodinal with the Acros I
just bought.
I diluted the developer at 1-50,
agitated for the first 30 secs,
then once every 30 secs for the
total developing time
