KEH has two for under US$700 (approx AUD 1000), one rated excellent
and the other excellent plus.
If it's the one in Michael's Camera in Melbourne, it has been sitting there
a long time. Their prices are expensive in comparison to other local
dealers, which is why their Pentax

Hi, if you are patient you may get one for a lot less. Mine cost only £200 near
mint (private sale) a couple of years later I part
exchanged it for a 400 2.8, the shop is now advertising my old 500 for £900
