Photography is an interesting subject. Let's just stick to that, please.
BTW: I think there is a REMOTE possibility that the name Pentax is a
"remote" brand in most peoples eyes. If we were to ask people in the steets
all over the world, to name three camera brands, a very small percentage
would include Pentax.
They would probably remember theese Japanese brands best: Nikon, Canon,
Minolta? Maybe some would even remeber some European brands like Leica,
Rollei or Hasselblad! Well, so much for geography, and remote countries, as
far as cameras are concerned!

Which, BTW lies somewhere between Göteborg (Hasselblad) and Germany (Leica,
Rollei)
