For whatever reason, I didn't see it this morning when it was still live.
Sometimes I think ebay has a lag in consolidating all their listed items.
That is, it takes a while for the German items to show on the US site.
(Glad to know the seller is a good one to avoid!)

They sold me "like new" FA-1 for LX, which took a couple of monthsto get across
