this describes virtually every exponent of "management" that I've come into contact with over the past two decades. The ones who _were_ capable shone like beacons. It certainly seems to work for me when I try to apply it to myself. You should start running classes in the "Johnston theory of photography" - the students wouldn't need to do any new work, just learn to evaluate properly the work they have already done. mike (anti-comma fetishist.....)
