Based on the probably mythical digital camera 18 month product cycle, it's about time for a refresh. That doesn't mean the camera needs to be replaced but that's just the way it seems to happen, on average. I expect that there will be a new DSLR announcement, because the production lifetime

about 3 weeks ago there was a guy on ebay selling new in the box K-3 for $599.99 I almost bought one, but with rumors of FF floating for months I didnt. He had more than 10 of them but they sold out in one day. That was a great value for a top line DSLR , even if it was APS-C. jco On 2/5/2015
