Does anyone have a manual for this beast? What do the writings in blue
mean and what do the writings in white mean? Does it do 1:1 with 50
lenses (or is this irrelevant?) Is it suitable for use with any lens?

Both sets of numbers apply to a 50mm lens. One set is used when the prime
lens is at infinity and the other set when used at close focus.
