I don't know if you got the small 40mm with the K-01,
but any small prime would be advisable.
the DA16-45/2.8 would be a monster on it and
even the DA16-45/4 would be pretty big to manage.
Give her something little to start.

When I saw the Adorama deal earlier ths week for the K-01 body at $249
I couldn't resist ordering one for my wife. It will be interesting to
see if she likes it and if she uses it. She's *not* a photographer and
never has been. She's an iPhone snapper/videographer, but I hope to
get her interested
