Hello Amita,
I get excellent results from the A 70-210/4 Pentax lens. I had to
try quite a few different types of lenses in that range before
settling on that one. I can recommend it.

If manual focus will do, my Pentax A 70~210 f/4 is a terrific well
respected lens. My copy will never be for sale.
The Pentax A* 80~200 f/2.8 is optically unsurpassed, but it's a beast
to burden, a tad costly and hard to find.

that thing is incredible. It seems to be especially good at skin
tones. This is the kind of quality I've been looking for in a zoom of
