I bought my K10D body only for $908 from Amazon.com. They had it
first and delivered within a
Adorama are good, too.
And I can (unfortunately) testify to their satisfactory
return & exchange service; my first AF-540 was defective
(probably damaged in transit - I hate UPS), but I now
have an exchange unit where the wide-angle adapter and
catchlight reflector slide in and out properly.

Cameta has the whole package (this includes the kit lens, which I'm
not sure you want) for $1099.95, which isn't a bad deal. I've dealt
with Cameta before, as have a couple of friends, and they're not bad
in the way of shipping and customer service, although I never had to
return anything
B&H is among the best on price. And they are absolutely the best on
return policy and service.
